  • Condition: USED IN A DAIRY QUEEN way back in the early 1970's and has seen better days but is still in decent shape with lots of fold and crease lines and edge and corner wear, edges have small rips and wrinkles, pin holes in corners. very small 1-2" split / tear at top left hand orange border area as shown in picture. some staining to white backing and not front. tough one to find and very large at 56" x 18". please view all pics.

    Description

    Here is a giant original dated 1973 DAIRY QUEEN Ice Cream / Fast Food Restaurant Store BANNER Measuring a whopping 56" x 18". This vintage Original Advertising Piece was hung in a actual franchise in 1973 and features the DQ "DENNIS THE MENACE" Hank Ketcham Illustration art work and the title of the banner is "SCRUMPDILLYISHUS". THIS VINTAGE ORIGINAL DQ Banner is inked on high quality thick paper stock and has the Banner ID "DQ 29-8/72A" on lower left under the DAIRY QUEEN logo. Printed in USA. this original advertising sign does have condition issues in the form of several crease / roll lines running vetically throughout as shown in photos. it has corner dings and holes in the corners from tacks. It also has moderate to heavy edge wear mostly at the sides and creases and small tears at the side edges. there is a 2" split at top as shown in photograph of backside and some staining on the white portion of banner not the front. please view all pics.
