1 Vintage DQ Dairy Queen Holt Howard Atomic Santa Claus Christmas Glass 7 1/8"

For sale is an absolutely delightful Santa glass designed for Dairy Queen in the late 1960's and early 1970's.  We collected these while we were still in college.  At that time, very few students could afford a car nor were allowed to have them on campus at our small Midwest state college.  Therefore, we walked everywhere.  The Dairy Queen was the closest restaurant to campus.  So we would walk down to DQ for Sunday suppers or for a evening treat.  Near Christmas that first year we dated, we found ourselves quite often to collect these delightful glasses.  There were two sizes of these Santa tumblers offered, and this it the 7 1/8" inch size. It's perfect for a delightful holiday Tom Collins or zombie, please note. This one is not back-stamped but the set of smaller DQ tumblers we sold a while back did have the classic Libbey back-stamp.
